This is where it all begins.
Regardless of your athletic history or current level of fitness, we want your experience at CrossFit RAZE to be the very best it can be. To make this happen, we have designed a series of classes that we call our On-Ramp program. These classes will give you a great introduction to basic techniques, warm-ups, and exercises.
The great thing is that all of this happens in a non-threatening environment before participating in one of our regular classes. Here our focus is on three components: Safety, Results, and Tailoring the workout specifically to you.
Taught by one of our inspiring head coaches, these classes are for first-timers only and meet three times a week.
